Our 24hr collection service known as Pharmaself24 has been transformational for us and our patients.
No more queues or wasted journeys – Office workers, shift workers and those working long hours in the local rural economy can now pick up their medicines easily and at a time that suits them, with some even visiting the store in the middle of the night!
We are working to make customer convenience our top priority, therefore the technology is entirely complementary to our pharmacy’s customer offering. It’s not a case of one or the other, our patients who use the machine are still more than welcome to come in and access the advice of our friendly team.
The Benefits of the Pharmaself 24 Service
– Convenient prescription collection at the time of their choosing, even outside of pharmacy opening hours.
– Instant access to medicines without having to queue and without the risk of a wasted journey.
– Simple process! A PIN number is texted to patient who enters it on the PS24 touchscreen, the medication is then dispensed.
– NHS exemptions can be recorded or payments made.
